I have a friend of mine from China, a meticulous and hard-working person. We came in contact through Amazon, where I happened to buy many good quality products, which he used to ship from China.
I never had any issues with the products he sold, and I along with others, always rated him as one of the top sellers on Amazon. He started in a very modest way, selling away only a few products, but owing to his hard work, honesty, work ethics and determination, he eventually succeeded in developing a huge buyers’ base for his products. Initially, he earned too little for too much of work, but as he never let the opportunity go by, gradually he started earning good.

His work started being applauded from all directions, and in a way, he was able to build a small fortune for himself on Amazon. He used to sell OEM products, which stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, and it is usually labelled on to hardware or software that is cheaper than the normal retail products. OEM products are not easy to find in the retail markets and thus, this person was able to find a niche market, on Amazon, for his wonderful products. He used to sell products like headphones, computer accessories, smart phones accessories etc. at quite a low price, but never did I encounter any glitches, before time, in the workings of the OEM products sold by him.
After years of hard work and moneymaking, one day my friend wakes up to find that all his efforts and money, have gone into the drain. He could not believe that after giving so many years of toil and patience to a company, the same company would pay him back in such an indolent way. He wakes up to find that his account has been banned from Amazon and that he can no more sell his products on the website. He was highly depressed but at the same time intrigued as well, as to how and why he could be banned from a website, when all he has done for same, in these years is to be honest and work hard. Out of a lot of depression and a bit of curiosity, he tried reaching out to the company, but all his attempts turned futile, as the company did not ever provide him with any satisfactory reason for banning him.
He did not lose hope, he called the company heads, seniors, juniors and everybody, but wherever he called, he got the same half-hearted, unbaked and unconvincing replies. Why a company as responsible and as reputed as Amazon could be so reluctant and rash towards one of its own high rating sellers. Does this indolence shown by Amazon has to do something with the nationality of this seller?
There are too many questions that the Amazon respondents must face and answer. We cannot let go off the livelihood of a person, who was dependent on his online shop, by every means. We must save him.
