I started selling yoga mats back in 2003. I sourced those mats and other Yoga Accessories in China and Cambodia. In the first I sold around 200 mats, in 2013 I managed to sell around 8000. I outsourced entire fulfillment part of my business to an well established company.

We had excellent customer review score on Amazon. It took never took us more than 12 hours to reply any customer enquirers. Last week out of the blue Amazon just banned our account.
I read many stories online about people who experienced the same Amazon account suspension nightmare. I just never thought it could happen to me. I did not sell anything that would infringe someones intellectual property or offer poor customer service. All goods very dispatched within 12-15 hours after they had been ordered. I took the time and read the entire Amazon Terms and Condition relating to sellers, I still have no clue which Amazon selling policy we might violated.

The wort part is that every time I contact Amazon they just refer to the T&C’s but they just don’t tell me what we did wrong.
It is very frustrating to have my business destroyed. It feels like someone arrests you and locks you up without telling you the reason what you did wrong.
I know things like this happen in evil countries like North Korea but not in any western countries. To be honest I think Amazon does not even know why they actually banned our account, we just got unlucky.
Once you banned, they will see you as an evil seller and never ever check your Amazon account again to see if you were banned unfairly.
