There are millions of sellers on Amazon. The issue is that so many people underestimate how easy it is to get suspended from Amazon. In most cases an Amazon suspension happens out of the blue. I got hit by a ban to sell on Amazon like many others. I used to import OEM parts from China and sold them at a very competitive price. Over the years I built up more than three hundred thousand positive feedback. My feedback score used to be 99.2%.
I took customer care very serious; I had highly qualified support staff on hand 24 hours. It never took more than 1 hour until our customers received a reply to any message they sent to us. We sold only goods which we were allowed to sell, no fake products or anything that might infringes on someone’s intellectual property.
